Direct Vision Standard requirements in London are changing. To improve the safety of all road users, heavy goods vehicles over 12 tonnes will need to have a three- star rating or fit the Progressive Safe System to operate in Greater London, from 28 October 2024.
Our Basic Compliance kit is available from just £2,000 nett - fully fitted at our workshop.

Approved by Mercedes Benz for installation
We have recently been approved by Mercedes Benz UK for all Antos, Arocs and Actros vehicles. Working tirelessly to obtain our Letter Of No Objection (LONO) for this design in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz which incorporates single glaze operable windows with 100% direct vision. The benefits include no condensation or interrupted view.
Catering for new Generation of Scania trucks
New Generation Scania R cab with direct vision window and operable n/s door window. All single glaze so there is no concerns over condensation and driving without due care.
Installation of our Truck Door Window into DAF CF truck
We removed the door from vehicle, placed template on inner door trim and outer door panel, then cut as required. Cleaned all edges and bond exterior moulding to door skin and interior moulding to door trim. Bonded glass to exterior moulding. Then finally refit door to vehicle.

Service
As Truck Align London Ltd are based within the TFL Low Emission Zone (LEZ) we also offer a collection and delivery service of just your vehicle's door for a nominal charge.
Alternatively, we can collect your truck and return it with the new n/s door window installed.
